This is Perch’s sync relay.

There’s nothing to open here in a browser. The Perch apps use this address to pass sync chains between your devices: sync without an account.

• Everything is encrypted on your devices with a key only they know. The relay sees scrambled records and when they changed, never your feeds or what you read.
• It holds no accounts and no passwords, and you can’t sign up here.
• It keeps no access logs.

To start a chain, open Perch and go to Settings → Sync → Start a chain. Looking for the web app or a Perch account? That’s app.perch.ws.
